Béthel Guests multiplies the advantages: tranquility of the place, triple entrance (main, side for PRM and rear towards a small private park protected), proximity to beaches as places of entertainment and catering as well as sports infrastructure, direct access to roads and motorways (A22) without the disadvantages, easy presence of the regional railway (Lagos-Vila Real). The apartment is located in a local residential area and benefits from small shops nearby. You will find it easy to park your vehicle on site, most often under your windows.

Béthel Guests can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people and includes all the facilities necessary for a pleasant independent stay.

You can reach the main dike along the Cabanas lagoon in just a few minutes, or continue walking or cycling to Tavira or Cacela Velha, unless you prefer to walk along the Gilao River into the surrounding hills. Three golf courses with their own characteristics are in the immediate vicinity, Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima and Bénamor.

Béthel Guests is a self-catering lodging where you can freely organize your holidays and those of your friends/family, which can accommodate up to six people.

Spacious apartment of about a hundred m², Béthel Guests offers you a large living-dining room with multiple windows with large screen wall TV, a fully equipped kitchen (a large number of mainly household and similar equipment, especially with dishwasher and washing machine), a double bedroom with dressing room complete with two solid bunk beds for your children and/or teenagers, A double bedroom with a large bed and storage spaces leading directly through a French window to the private park secured for children at the back, a single-storey bathroom with toilet, bath and bidet.

With its own state-of-the-art satellite dish, Béthel Guests offers a permanent high-quality Internet connection as well as a number of national and international television channels.

Located in the night hall, both bedrooms face a large bathroom.

Each room has its own lingerie (sheets, pillowcases, towels) and benefits from its specific character as well as its own name:

«Four Assets» Room

Facing «south-west» towards the front and the sports centre and equipped with a double bed, two night tables and a large wall cupboard with luggage storage.

“Double Heart” Room

Facing «north east» towards the rear, haven of peace with a large double bed, two night tables, a wall-wardrobe and a writing space with a small office next to the terrace door.

Guest Access

By renting the apartment as a whole, you have your complete autonomy and immediate access to everything it offers in terms of spaces and facilities, including the possibility of using outside (rear access) the small BBQ that we put at your disposal. In the evening, you can have this special cool space, which is specific to this park, which also offers a play area for young and other children.

 

The normal rental period is one week (7 nights minimum).
Under certain conditions, at certain times, we may accept upon prior express request:
– a partial rental of the apartment limited to a single room;
– a reduced stay of 3 or 4 nights.

Béthel Guests has been granted by the Camara Municipal de Tavira the operating license «AL – Alojamento Local» under the official number 128159/AL.
You will have no trouble getting in touch with us during your stay, we live at about fifteen minutes.

The neighborhood

You have the advantage of staying quietly in the Freguesia de Conceiçao that adjoins Cabanas de Tavira, without having to fear the agitation and coastal animations that are all close by. In the immediate vicinity, you will already find some small shops including a supermarket, and restaurants.

You can dispose of your vehicle as a resident free of charge; no worries about parking or safety in general.

You are very close (<1 km) to the lagoon front, its many bars, snacks and restaurants of all categories; we can give you indications if necessary.

The neighborhood is rather quiet, made of permanent residents in a beautiful Portuguese mix and foreigners. At the same time, you are in immediate contact with the main road (EN 125) which takes you by bike or car to the charming neighboring town of Tavira (less than 5 kms), offering you all the additional possibilities (Cacela Velha, Santa Luzia, Pedras d’El Rei, Praia do Barril, Terra Estreita, Fuseta, Olhao, etc.).

Transportation

You can arrive by plane to Faro which is less than 40km away or to Seville whose airport is 180 km away.
From Faro you can, in town, either take the train (CP) or the bus (Eva or Renex) to Tavira.

From Seville, you can rent a car or take long-distance buses to Tavira (minimum three services per day).
For trips by car to us, you can choose between the EN125 national road or the A22 toll motorway (exit Olhao or Tavira if you come from the West – Lisbon Faro or exit Tavira for those who join us from Spain). There are also many taxis in Tavira on reasonable terms.

Béthel Guests is located precisely at number 10 R/C left (esq.) of the Rua Comendador Domingos de Sousa Uva, at 8800-082 Conceiçao de Tavira.
